I don't have reliable real-time information about current restaurants in Tsuen Wan. Restaurants change frequently (opening, closing, relocating), and I can't verify which Sichuan restaurants are actually operating there tonight. I'd recommend: - **Google Maps** - Search "Sichuan restaurants Tsuen Wan" - **OpenRice** or **Yelp** - Check current reviews and hours - **Local review apps** - Often have up-to-date info and real customer feedback This will ensure you get accurate, current recommendations rather than potentially outdated information.

Below is a ranked list of 5 standout Sichuan restaurants in Hong Kong, ordered by a combination of culinary authenticity, critical acclaim, local popularity, and overall dining experience: 1. **Yu Yuan (Yue Yuan Sichuan Cuisine)** Tucked in a low-key space in Mong Kok, this family-run spot is widely regarded as the gold standard for authentic Sichuan food in Hong Kong by local food critics and Sichuan expats alike. The chef is a Chengdu native who uses imported Sichuan peppercorns, fermented broad beans, and pickled vegetables to make dishes with layered, well-balanced mala (numbing-spicy) flavor rather than overwhelming heat. Must-tries include water-boiled fish, mapo tofu, kung pao chicken with peanuts, and spicy rabbit heads. It is a casual, no-frills spot with consistent quality and reasonable prices. 2. **Sijixiang Sichuan Cuisine** A beloved long-standing institution in Wan Chai, Sijixiang has served Hong Kong diners for over 30 years, offering both classic Sichuan dishes and milder, locally adapted options for less adventurous eaters. Its signature crispy spicy chicken (la zi ji) is famous for its crunchy, caramelized skin and aromatic Sichuan peppercorn coating, while its dan dan noodles and boiled beef in chili oil are also highly praised. The restaurant has a comfortable, mid-range casual dining setting, making it popular for group meals. 3. **Mott 32 (Sichuan Menu)** A high-end, stylish Chinese restaurant located in Central, Mott 32 is best known for its creative take on regional Chinese cuisines, and its Sichuan offerings are consistently top-tier. The chef elevates classic Sichuan dishes with premium ingredients: for example, its wagyu mapo tofu, truffle dan dan noodles, and slow-cooked pork belly in Sichuan chili sauce are all standout items. The sleek, industrial-chic decor and excellent service make it a top pick for special occasions or business dinners, though it is significantly pricier than casual Sichuan spots. 4. **Sichuan Food Restaurant** A tiny, hole-in-the-wall spot in Sham Shui Po, this is a local hidden gem famous for its ultra-authentic, no-frills Sichuan home cooking. Run by a Sichuan-born couple, the restaurant serves generous portions at very affordable prices, with highlights including spicy pork intestines, dry pot cauliflower, sour fish soup, and hand-pulled noodles with chili oil. It is very popular with local residents, so there is often a wait during peak meal times, and seating is cramped. 5. **Old Bazaar Sichuan Cuisine** Located in Causeway Bay, this popular mid-range restaurant balances authentic Sichuan flavor with approachable, well-executed dishes that appeal to a wide range of diners. Its signature dry pot series (with customizable ingredients like beef, lotus root, and potato), spicy crayfish, and cold Sichuan noodles are all fan favorites. The restaurant has a bright, casual setting, and also offers a range of non-spicy Sichuan dishes (such as sweet and sour pork ribs and steamed pork with rice flour) for those who cannot handle heat. It is a reliable choice for casual gatherings with friends or family.

第一次食有驚喜,辣都唔會太辣。大枱唔多,但坐得幾舒服,平日去人唔多,加上價錢唔算好貴,性價比都幾高,會Encore!
