Excellent tasting and very inexpensive soup. Professional and polite staff and a very clean restaurant. I would eat here again.

Yaqut’s Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Beef Noodles is a **Lanzhou-style Chinese noodle shop** in Hong Kong, and the listings describe it as serving **Xinjiang / ramen / stir-fry**-type fare with an emphasis on hand-pulled beef noodles.[1][2] In simple terms, the cuisine is centered on **hand-pulled Lanzhou beef noodle soup**, a noodle dish originally from Lanzhou in Gansu province.[12][13] It has branches in **Wan Chai** and **Tin Hau**; both are on Hong Kong Island, with the Wan Chai branch on **Lockhart Road** and the Tin Hau branch on **Lau Sin Street**.[1][4][5] Wan Chai is a busy commercial and dining district, while Tin Hau is a nearby neighbourhood east of Causeway Bay.[1][4][5] On reservations: I **did not find evidence that it takes reservations** in the search results I checked. The available listings show address, hours, payment methods, and delivery/order information, but no reservation option was stated.[1][2][4][5] If you want, I can also help identify which branch is best to visit or summarize its halal status from the listings.

Simply delicious... DanDan noodles are divine❤️❤️❤️
Still one of my favourite lunch places. I really enjoy their beef noodles.
The best noodles I ever had. You have to try to if you're around. Bonus that it's also halal. Although it's not local Hong Kong cuisine but it's amazing. Highly recommend it if you like good quality meat and hand made noodles.
