I do know **Vietmiam** in Hong Kong: it is a **Vietnamese** restaurant listed in **Tsing Yi** at Maritime Square, so the neighbourhood is **Tsing Yi / New Territories** rather than Central or Kowloon.[3][6] Its cuisine is **Vietnamese**, and the listing identifies it simply as a Vietnamese restaurant with a mid-range price bracket of **HK$101–200**.[3] Maritime Square’s dining page also shows it is open daily from **11:30 to 22:00**.[6] On **reservations**, I could not verify a reservation policy from the results you provided. The available sources show its location, cuisine, hours, and payment methods, but not whether it explicitly takes reservations.[3][6] If you want, I can also help you infer whether it is likely a casual walk-in place based on similar Hong Kong mall restaurants, but I would treat that as inference rather than confirmed fact.

If you tell me what cuisine you're after (Cantonese, hotpot, sushi, etc.), I can narrow it down further.
