Asked about you by name, Perplexity said:Named you
Uncle Fong Hotpot Restaurant in Hong Kong is a **Chongqing-style hot pot** chain, with a broth built around spicy, numbing flavors from ingredients like **Chongqing chili, Sichuan peppercorn, beef tallow, Pixian bean paste, and ginger**.[1][8][19] Its **neighbourhood** depends on the branch, but one well-documented location is in **Central** at **14/F, The L. Place, 139 Queen’s Road Central**, described as having a modern, Bauhaus-inspired interior; other branches are listed in places like **Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, and Kwun Tong**.[9][10] As for **reservations**, I did not find a clear, authoritative statement in the results saying the restaurant definitely takes bookings or definitely does not. Some listings show a booking/menu page, but that does not by itself prove standard reservations are available at all branches.[20] If you want, I can also tell you which branch is most convenient by district or summarize the menu style in more detail.

It also serves a wide range of fresh shellfish, hand-made dumplings, and homemade sauces, with a casual, bustling vibe that feels very authentically Hong Kong. 4. **Mott 32 Hot Pot** For a luxury, high-end hot pot experience, Mott 32’s dedicated hot pot service (available at its Central location) is unmatched.
