Just wanna say it’s the best in central
Staff kept letting regulars cut the queue while the rest of us baked in Hong Kong's heat for nearly 2 hours – and the line barely moved. If there's no ticket system and we have to queue in person, then be fair – don't let people cut. All customers' time is precious.
