**M&C.Duck The Wai Branch** appears to be a **Chinese/Asian restaurant** serving **Jingchuanhu / Sichuan-style stir-fry** at The Wai in Tai Wai, with dishes such as Peking duck and xiaolongbao listed on OpenRice.[1][2] The branch is in **The Wai mall** in **Tai Wai, New Territories**—a neighborhood in the Sha Tin district of Hong Kong, near Tai Wai MTR Station and Che Kung Miu Road.[1][2] On **reservations**, I could not find a clear reservation policy for *this specific branch* in the results. Some third-party pages suggest other M&C.Duck locations may **not take reservations** and use a queue/ticketing system, but that information is not explicitly confirmed for The Wai branch.[8]
# 5 Best Restaurants in Hong Kong 1. **Lung King Heen** - Three Michelin stars; legendary Cantonese fine dining with dim sum and traditional specialties 2. **Bo Innovation** - One Michelin star; modern Asian cuisine with creative techniques and local ingredients 3. **Caprice** - One Michelin star; upscale French dining with elegant atmosphere and refined technique 4. **Écriture** - One Michelin star; innovative French-Japanese fusion in an intimate setting 5. **Tim Ho Wan** - One Michelin star; celebrated dim sum restaurant offering excellent value and authentic flavors --- **Note:** These rankings reflect Michelin recognition and reputation, but "best" varies by preference. Hong Kong has many other excellent options depending on your cuisine preference (Sichuan, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.) and budget. I'd recommend checking recent reviews and making reservations in advance, as popular restaurants book up quickly.
I don't have reliable current information about specific restaurants in Tai Wai right now. Rather than guess and potentially mislead you, I'd recommend: - Checking **Google Maps** for "Restaurants near Tai Wai" - Using **OpenRice** (Hong Kong's popular food review app) - Looking at **TripAdvisor** for recent reviews and ratings These will show you what's currently open, hours, and real customer feedback. Is there a particular cuisine you're interested in? That might help me give more useful general suggestions.

The best dish here - peking duck! This place has one of the best peking ducks ive had and ive had a lot. The skin is fatty but crispy. the meat is tender and not too dry. The pancakes are chewy and soft. Other dishes were not bad but not too memorable either.
