Lin Heung Lau is a **traditional Cantonese dim sum tea house** in Hong Kong, best known for old-school *yum cha* and pushcart-style dim sum service.[11][12][3] It has branches in **Sheung Wan/Central** and **Tsim Sha Tsui**.[11][2] - **Cuisine:** Chinese, specifically **Cantonese dim sum**; sources mention items like siu mai, har gow, rice rolls, chicken feet, buns, and congee.[1][11][5][3] - **Neighbourhood:** The main branch is in **Sheung Wan/Central** on or near Des Voeux Road Central/Wellington Street, within the Central district area of Hong Kong Island; there is also a branch in **Tsim Sha Tsui** in Kowloon.[1][11][12][2] - **Reservations:** I found one travel source saying **reservations are only available for dinner**, but the more directly available listings here do not clearly confirm a general reservation policy, so I can only say that **reservation availability appears limited rather than standard**.[17] If you want, I can also give you a short “what to expect when dining there” note based on these sources.
