Kuuraku in Hong Kong is a **Japanese** restaurant, and the listings identify it specifically as **Japanese / Hot Pot** with **sukiyaki** as a key specialty.[2][3][7][10] It is in **Kwun Tong**, on **Hoi Yuen Road** inside the **Camel Paint Building (Block 3), 9/F, Shop H**—an industrial-building area rather than a typical street-level dining strip.[1][2][3][11] It **does take reservations**; Trip.com lists “Reservations accepted,” and also notes table service and dine-in.[2] If you want, I can also give you a quick read on whether it looks more like a casual lunch spot or a dinner place based on the listings and reviews.
