我和家人是 Big Bay Cafe 自助餐的多年顧客。還清楚記得多年前是因為我有需要反映改善意見給餐廳而認識了 Manager Mr Luna Choi，同時最後也因為蔡生細心和緊貼的跟進而漸漸已變成了他們餐廳的多年常客（尤其是週末的家庭聚餐 gathering！）。 我和家人也會去嘗試其他酒店的自助餐，但個人認為現時的酒店水準及質素一般也下降了不少，同時明顯發現 Big Bay Cafe 的食物質素不降反升，菜色／款式也較多樣化及得以維持。另外，他們的職員也會留意餐桌, 盡快整理餐桌枱上已吃完食物的碗碟，另整頓自助餐更愉快！ 最後想多謝 Mana
